Replacement

1.	Remove the front door trim. (Refer to Front Door - "Front Door Trim")

2.	Using a screwdriver or remover, remove front door belt outside weatherstrip (A).

3.	Remove the front door belt inside weatherstrip (A).

4.	Loosen the mounting bolts and separate the front door glass weatherstrip (A).

5.	Remove the pulg hole (A).

By operating the power window switch, pull down until the glass mounting bolt on plug hole is visible.

•	Be careful not to damage the galss surface.

Loosen the mounting bolt and then pull out the front door window glass (A) by tilting it sideways.

Tightening torque :

7.8 - 11.8 N.m (0.8 - 1.2 kgf.m, 5.8 - 8.7 lb-ft)

To install, reverse removal procedure.

•	Roll the glass up and down to see if it moves freely.

•	Adjust glass position as needed.

•	Make sure the door lock and opens properly.

•	Check the glass run channel for damage and replace the damaged channel.
